I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. they gave great recommendations for local spots and helpful travel tips. they even arranged a sunset yacht tour for me. It was a real highlight! the room was super clean and very comfortable.
the fourth-floor view was partially blocked by the nearby train station. i could still see water, but the station's lights were distracting.

The lobby offers a 24-hour bar with unlimited coffee, various teas, and delicious snacks. a rooftop provides scenic views where you can see the sunset. It really sets a relaxing vibe after a long day of exploring.

the hotel's location is fantastic, very close to public transportation and local attractions. the bazaar is within walking distance, as are the metro and tram stations. it is easy to navigate the area, and many points of interest are just a short walk away.

The staff provided excellent support. Mr Medeni, Mr Utkan, and Mr Majd offered great assistance. The free beverages and Turkish coffee from ALI and Hierallh of SEYA were top notch. The staff readily answered questions and provided a useful map.
Some days I noticed no powdered coffee in my room, also sometimes no tissue.

The staff was helpful and friendly (especially during check-in). A gentleman walked me to a couch, and other staff brought a welcome drink and turkish delight. He gave me a map, marked places to visit, and suggested itineraries. Fresh towels were brought up quickly when requested.
The fourth-floor view was partially blocked by the neon-lit train station.

The rooms were spacious and modern and kept clean daily. The bathroom was quite big. The shower had very good water pressure, which I really liked. There were also complimentary drinks .

They even provided a free pack of Turkish coffee to take home. The hotel's location is close to many restaurants and other dining options, a real plus.

convenient locationhelpful staff
the location proved very convenient. i found the staff helpful especially utkan, as he assisted with restaurant reservations. A cute cafe inside the hotel was a nice bonus!
basics WERE there, shampoo and soap in wall-mounted containers. but there was no other toiletry SUCH as lotion or bar soap. room was not serviced well. some days no powdered coffee, some days no tissue, one day only one robe. view from fourth floor was partially blocked by neon-lit train station below with water in the distance.

I loved the location. It's close to many attractions. the staff was helpful and always ready to assist with anything i needed. their contact number via whatsapp was very useful (i used it a lot!). complimentary drinks were a nice bonus, i enjoyed them very much.
i noticed there weren't additional toiletries like lotion or bar soap available in the room, just the basics.

The hotel features a terrace. I was able to enjoy the views. the hotel also provided a train cart , i noticed. its location is near two train stations, this made exploring the area convenient.

My premium room sea view had floor-to-ceiling windows with views. the room included a beautiful bath tub. I relaxed after my travels. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
